Backed by the expertise of parent company Commercial Facilities, Inc. (CFI), Net Leased Management has deep roots in the commercial real estate industry. Since 1964, CFI has provided traditional property and asset management services in Southern California. Net Leased Management (NLM) was founded in 2015 as a division of CFI due to a need for administrative management of net leased investment properties located out-of-state. After much expansion of this niche accounting and administrative management offering, Net Leased Management became a standalone entity in 2023.

Commercial Facilities Inc. is incorporated to manage multi-tenant commercial properties throughout Southern California.
Julius Paeske Joins CFI
Julius S. Paeske, Jr., current Chairman of NLM, begins his journey with CFI on September 18.
1973
1976
New Ownership, New Direction
Julius Paeske acquires CFI on July 1, overseeing 13 projects and setting the foundation for future growth.
Mike Paeske Joins the Team
CFI hires Mike Paeske, now CEO of NLM, to expand management capacity.

Rich Lee Comes Aboard
Rich Lee, now President of NLM, joins CFI to help broaden its asset management services.
Net Leased Management Is Born
NLM launches as a division of CFI to support clients investing in net leased properties nationwide.

NLM Becomes Independent
After surpassing 100 properties under management, NLM becomes a standalone company with a dedicated team.
Rapid Growth and Tech Expansion
NLM surpasses 150 properties and builds out its leadership team, including a Director of Operations and CTO to lead proprietary platform development.
