history

1964

CFI (Commercial Facilities Inc.), a partner company and inspiration for NLM, was incorporated providing traditional property management services to multi-tenant commercial properties in Southern California. 

1973

Julius S. Paeske, Jr., current CFI and NLM Chairman, embarks on his journey with CFI on September 18th of this year.

1976

CFI is acquired by Julius with thirteen total projects under management on July 1st.

2004

On the path of growth and in need of additional manpower, CFI hires Mike Paeske, current CFI and NLM CEO, as a property manager.

2005
Mike and Rich in the early years

Further expanding its asset management services, CFI hires Rich Lee, current CFI and NLM President.

2015

The Net Leased Management® brand is born as a division of CFI to provide administrative support for its clients acquiring net leased properties across the nation.   

2023

As it crosses the 100-property milestone, NLM is rolled out of CFI and becomes a standalone entity based in Reno, NV on January 1, 2023 with its own dedicated controller, business development and support team.

2024

NLM continues its growth path smashing the 150-property milestone and adding a Director of Operations, Senior Staff Accountant and Chief Technology Officer focused on building a proprietary technology platform to support NLM operations.
